Flash Pitch Info for Teams

Location: Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum
Flash Talk Awards: 
Announced at the Awards Ceremony, April 15, 2025

Flash Pitch Round I: Sunday, 12 April 2026

  1. The rubric is published in the Team Manual.
  2. See Event Guide for room assignment (Published in March 2026)
  3. Teams randomly divided into 3 groups; present their flash talks in separate rooms.
  4. Presentation: 3.5 minutes + 2 minute judge Q/A + 2 minute transition/score entry.
  5. Dinner, keynote speaker, and mandatory safety briefing follow. 
  6. Top two teams from each room advance to the Final Round.
  7. Advancing teams are notified Monday afternoon, April 13. 
Flash Pitch Final Round: Tuesday, 14 April 2026
Presentation order determined by random drawing.
